Privacy Policy

Everscene is built to collect as little about you as possible. There is no named profile or sign-in, no advertising, and no tracking. The iPhone app uses a private pseudonymous account so purchases, credits, and generation jobs can be delivered safely.
What we store
- A pseudonymous account identifier. The iPhone app receives random bearer and StoreKit account identifiers used only for credits, purchases, job ownership, abuse prevention, and account recovery. They are stored in the Apple Keychain and are not linked by us to your name, email, advertising ID, or payment details.
- Your scene prompts and job status. The prompts and generation settings you submit are sent to our server and the selected AI provider. Prompt text is removed from completed job records after 30 days. Terminal job metadata is removed after 180 days.
- Purchase records. Payments are processed by Apple. Our server receives Apple's signed transaction identifiers, product, environment, and expiration or revocation status. We retain the minimal transaction ledger after account deletion when needed to prevent replay, process refunds, and meet fraud, tax, or legal obligations.
- Security metadata. We temporarily retain a salted hash of the network address used to create an account for rate limiting. Raw network addresses are not stored in the Everscene database by this process.
What we never collect
- No name, email address, or contact details
- No location data
- No analytics or advertising identifiers
- No data from other apps
Third parties
Scene generation runs on third-party AI infrastructure (currently fal.ai and OpenRouter). Only prompt text, reference frames, and generation settings are shared with them — never your Everscene bearer token. Provider processing and retention are governed by their own terms. The free scene library is hosted on Cloudflare R2, the API runs on Vercel with Neon Postgres, and purchases are handled by Apple.
Local network
The iPhone and Apple TV apps find each other over your local network using Bonjour. You enter a pairing code once; subsequent requests are authenticated and scene data is encrypted in transit. These transfers do not pass through Everscene's cloud service.
Data deletion
You can delete your Everscene cloud account directly in iPhone Settings → Everscene → Delete Everscene Account. This immediately removes its credit balance, prompts, and job history and invalidates its credentials. The app does not automatically recreate the account after deletion; a later generation, new purchase, or explicit Restore Purchases action can create or recover one. A minimal pseudonymous Apple transaction ledger may remain for the purposes described above. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; use the adjacent Manage Apple Subscription link first. Locally saved scenes remain until you delete them or remove the app.
Your choices
You may use the free Apple TV library without creating a cloud account. The iPhone app creates its pseudonymous account only to use generation, credits, or purchases. You can request help with privacy or exercise applicable access or deletion rights at the email below; include the request ID shown by the app where possible, but never email your bearer token.
