Everscene is an ambient-scenes app operated by Yanis Miraoui, with an Apple TV library and an iPhone app for creating private AI scenes. By using Everscene you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Free content

The built-in scene library is free to watch. It is licensed to you for personal, on-device viewing and may not be extracted, redistributed, or resold.

Everscene Plus and credits

• Everscene Plus is an auto-renewable yearly subscription that grants 3 scene credits each month. The App Store displays the current local price before purchase. Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over.
• Everscene Plus supports Apple Family Sharing. Each eligible family member receives a separate 3-credit monthly allowance tied to that member's Apple entitlement. Consumable credit packs and their balances are not shared.
• Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases. Purchased credits do not expire while your Everscene account remains active. Permanently deleting the account also deletes its unused balance.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings at any time.
• If our providers report that a generation failed or it exceeds the service timeout, its credits are refunded automatically. If you do not see the refund, contact support with the request ID shown by the app.

Creating scenes

• Scenes are generated by AI from your text prompt. Results vary; a generation that completes successfully consumes its credits even if you dislike the aesthetic outcome.
• You may not use Everscene to attempt to generate unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses or defames real people. Prompts may be filtered and repeated abuse may result in loss of access.
• Scenes you generate are licensed for your personal use on your devices. You are responsible for your prompts and for ensuring your use does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing material. Everscene and its providers do not guarantee that output is unique or that it can be used commercially.

Service

Scene generation depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable; credits are not consumed for failed generations. We may update, add, or retire free-library scenes and generation options over time.

Everscene is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Account deletion and subscriptions

You may permanently delete your pseudonymous Everscene account in the iPhone app. Deletion removes unused credits and cannot be undone. Deleting the account or app does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled in your Apple Account settings.

Governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, these terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country or region continue to apply.
